Astral Travel

DAY 1:

Ok I didn’t make it out of my body lastnight but it still was a very successful attempt. I will go into detail about my first attempt, I laid down on my bed and concentrated on relaxing my body by meditating a mantra and as I felt a relaxing sensation come over my mind and body I concentrated on my breathing to quiet my mind and make it void of thought at times my mind would wonder and I would have to count my breath as it came into and out of my body so that mind would settle. After I felt a slight vibration in my feet (the kind you would experience when your feet start to fall asleep) and a faint glowing feeling through my body then I started to imagine or visualize a ball of energy about the size of a beach ball with the radiance of the sun balancing on the tips of my toes until I felt my toes vibrating really hard then I imagined or visualized the ball of energy move up and over my feet and rest on my ankles until I felt a strong vibration and then I moved the ball back down to the tips of my toes but this time I imagined what it would feel like to have a huge ball of energy moving over my feet to my toes and back to my ankles. I did this all the way up to the top of my head and once I could feel the energy vibrate though my body in each area I moved it or imagined it it moving though my body from the top of my head down to my toes and as I felt my whole body vibrate at each pass I started to imagine it moving faster and faster until my whole body was vibrating to the point that it felt like the bed was shaking and I was starting to levitate. After all this I moved my concentration back to a mantra about leaving my body and imagined that I was flying though the clouds and as I was doing this I could hear voices of in the distance, I heard loud popping in my ears as if I was on a plane coming in for a landing as well as my eye lids started to become transparent and I could see my bedroom ceiling and make out other parts of my bedroom from that viewpoint I heard what sounded like thunder and felt a cool breeze move over me back and forth for a long period and I felt my mind start to wonder off to sleep and I moved my train of thought and concentration to me sitting in a row boat on a stormy sea being tossed about by the waves and I imagined what it would feel like on top of those waves and after a short period I could feel my body moving with the waves and start to float off of the bed except for my torso (solar plexes) was weighing my down and that feeling broke my concentration and my body settled and my mind drifted off to sleep as I didn’t have enough energy to fight it. So now my next step before trying another projection will be to do more visualization training and meditation on my primary chakras. I have studied this for about 8 months before embarking on this adventure so I would know what to expect and to get everything out of the experience, also as a child I have memories of leaving my body and seeing energy beings of all kinds in fact I have been visited by many many forms of energy for as long as I can remember . I have seen spirits , demons, angels, ghosts, lost souls, orbs of light, and brilliantly bright strings of energy stretching from the ceiling to the floor dancing with what looked like sparks bouncing from them. So I’m not knew to this hidden universe of energy that is all around us and believe me there are multiple universes around and inside of the universe we occupy. Let me go into more detail about some of my experiences, about 6 years ago I awoke to what looked like a half man half goat (his whole body was the color of black coal) that lifted me up off of the floor where I was sleeping and wrapped his arms around me and held me and taunted me asking me if I knew who he was (now mind you I was not asleep anymore and was actually experiencing this in real life) as I was so scared that I couldn’t reply but my only thoughts were no no no as he must of seen my thoughts and replied I am the devil and then he dropped me to the floor and walked out of the bedroom I got up on pure adrenalin and followed him he stopped looked back and gave me a smerk and continued through my living room and down my basement stairs and vanished. Know I’m sure alot of you are saying pffttt w/e but I assure you all that I’m telling you here is the truth, now that was not the last of this being with in a week we had some people over for a bbq me and a friend were enjoying a beer after a wonderful meal and were engaged in conversation when in mid sentence he turn to me with his back arched his eyes were huge and black (he has natural blue eyes) and in the same voice said to me we are strong and many and you will not win. Now at this time I had no idea of what the hell it was trying to accomplish by all this intimidation as I was really freaked out and this whole experience lead me to the local mental ward of our hospital for evaluation and I was seen by a very kind man and I explained to him what was going on and he asked if he could have me explain this same or share this same story with one of his colleagues, so I explained this all again and by the time I was done I spent 2 weeks seeing different doctors in our area and they all came to the same conclusion that I was not lying or hallucinating, I was relived that I was not going crazy but still troubled that this was happening to me and that I had no answer for it. When I returned home my fiance and he 6 year old son where sleeping in the same bed and he was to scared to sleep by himself because he was seeing a half man half goat peaking around corners and stomping on the floors, now keep in mind that none of this was ever mentioned to because we didn’t want to scare him so he wouldn’t have nightmares or just be scared to be in a room by himself. So I started to to some investigating about this supernatural world that seems to overlap our physical one and as I dug deeper more and more evil entities started to surface and thwart my progress to the point that I went use my computer to finish up on some things I was digging into after dinner my computer was off which was weird because I left it on so I hit the on button and nothing so I looked to see if it was plugged in and sure enough it wasn’t so I plugged it in and got aloud boom and a puff of smoke came from my tower ooooo i was pissed and asked if anyone touched it and they both said no and the more I reflected on the situation there was noway anyone could have touched it as I was the last to the dinner table and the first one to leave it. And I started to wake up with what at first glance were people standing at the end of my bed but as I looked closer I could see that they were really just energy beings (some would call these ghosts) projecting a human form as not to alarm me but no matter some stranger is standing at the end of your bed in the middle of the night is going to alarm you but as I was taking all this in they were trying to talk to me but I could not understand what thoughts they were trying to send me as they were flooding me with them as if I was a lost friend they hadn’t seen in years and were so excited that they were trying to tell me everything at once when i spoke back to them I spoke in many different tounges at once and I had no idea what I was saying but I was saying it none the less and all of a sudden I realized wasn’t in my body I looked down and seen me sitting up but me still lying down it was a shock and it sent me right back to my body and I woke up with a huge jolt as if some body slammed onto my bed and when I turned to see if my fiance was still sleeping she was in shock as well because my speaking in tounges woke her up, I must have been projecting the information back to my body and my body was going through the same motions as my enerdy body or soul was going through and she also said that she caught a glimpse of a person leaving the room just before I woke. Now this started to happen on a regular basis for well up till know actually, but the more it happens the more I can remember and the more I’m starting to understand my role and why I was threatend by the devil and why I have awoke to chasing demons and evil spirits away from strange places and why entities were coming to me for help, as I dug deeper into my research I found out that Satan/lucifer/devil was before he fell the bringer of the light and the angel of wisdom and he commanded many angels to do his work and they would go out and spread their light through the multiple universes and help the lost ones on many worlds find there way back with there light and he also was given many new souls that were not as advanced as the light working angels that he was in command over but he was to teach them and groom them for the day that they were that far advanced as the angels of that time, and these young light bringers or workers had in incarnate in many forms and many worlds to get the knowledge to and the skills it would take to reach the skills of that of his angels but when he fell Jesus took over his work and the new or young light works fell under him for teaching and guidance and Lucifer was furious about it this and has been on a rampage to do away with all of the young light bringers or works so that they don’t succeed in becoming highly advanced and be able to cast out his demons when physical beings are being tormented, I have awaken in the middle of the night casting demons away from baby cribs with my hand stretched out and what appeared to be a sphere of sparkling light floating on the other side of my palm and I was saying I ban you from here in the name of Jehova, now as soon as I was able to see what was going on I was thrust back into my body. I looked to the psychic community for answers and while I was doing that (over these 6 years I had a son and at the time I’m going to explain he was 6 months old) I was awaken from my sleep by a wrestling at the foot of my bed and by now I was used to being woken up by entities and was trying to ignore it when I peeked over my covers and seen my 6 month old son sitting at the end of my bed and he was shining like that of the sun in the middle of the afternoon and he said daddy ( the night before he called to me and I went to him and chased 5 black shadows from the foot of his bed) and gave me the biggest smile I have ever seen and giggled as he rolled off the edge of the bed I hopped up and looked under the bed for him but he was not there. When I finally got in touch with a very trusted medium in the psychic community and explained all of this to her that I was going through and had found out through research she first said to me that babies don’t project to other places on this plane at that age they go back to where their energy is positioned in the universe and that I was indeed a light worker and the spirit that those see right after death that need help to carry over to the spirit world and that I do chase demons away from those in need and those that can’t ask for help (babies) and that yes as the veil is thinning the devil or what ever you want to call him is going after the light works in hopes to scare them off from doing their jobs and that I need to digg even deeper into the spirit world and study it and become a advanced astral traveler because that is where I will find my answers and I will need these answers for when my son gets older because he is going to need a guide because his gifts will be 100 times stronger than mine and he will need someone to explain to him what he is gonna go through and needs to do and she also said that she believes that the spirit that was telling her at that time was telling her that my son is my spirit guide. This is just to give you some insight as to why I’m embarking into the spirit realm through astral travel, this isn’t even scratching the surface of what I have been through or have experienced but I thought that I needed to give you a glimpse into the reasons why…

Astral Travel

I’m going to be embarking into the realm of of Astral Travel for the first time tonight, I will update this constantly with my results as my experiances happen. I know that there is so much more to this universe then we can even comprehend, and all the answers that we want and need will be found in the universe of energy that is all around us and we only need to go inside to take it all in.
