Day 2:
Lastnight I practiced the relaxation and energy building techniques and wow they make you feel wonderful. You start by tightening your toes, feet, and calves and hold it for 5 seconds and then release let them go limp take 5 deep breaths and repeat. Then do the same for your thighs, tighten and hold them for 5 seconds and then release let them go limp take 5 deep breaths. Then tighten your buttox and hold for 5 seconds then release go limp and take 5 deep breaths, then move on to your hands, arms, abs, shoulders, back, neck, and face and repeat the above by tightening them and holding them for 5 seconds and then relax them by taking 5 deep breaths. Once you have completed the exercise then sit totally still and imagine a huge ball of energy moving over your body starting at your toes and finishing at the top of your head, then move it back down to your toes and back up again until you feel your body totally relaxed and energized. After I completed these exercises I felt wonderful, totally relaxed, I had a lot of energy and all my day to day worries and troubles were gone. The whole point of practicing relaxation and energy techniques are to sharpen your focus, focus is essential for astral travel. Without strong concentration and focusing you will never be able to leave your body.
My focus for today will be on practicing more relaxation and energy building techniques as well as meditating on chakra balancing. So that wraps up day 2.
